Body

Exceptional Health

Caregivers visit the home for the hands-on work: mobility, medication, daily routines. Every day, Emily calls for a ten-minute conversation that quietly checks in on how they're really doing.

  • Consistent caregivers your loved one comes to know.
  • What we check on: sleep, appetite, pain, energy, falls, mood, medication, and daily routine.
  • A real conversation, not a checklist or survey.
  • Anything concerning, like a fall, a missed dose, or a call for help, is sent to family right away.
“Mom isn't alone with her day anymore. Between her caregiver Lisa coming by and Emily checking in, someone is always paying attention to how she's doing, and I get to be her daughter again, not her case manager.”

Mind

A Sharp Mind

Each call includes a guided session on a topic that matters and ignites passion. Beneath the conversation, Emily is exercising memory, attention, and language to push back against cognitive decline, and quietly listening for early signs of change.

  • Topics chosen around their real interests at intake.
  • Real engagement that supports memory, attention, and language.
  • Early signs of memory or thinking changes, caught quietly. No test, no test-feel.
  • Care adapted for dementia, mild cognitive impairment, and post-stroke recovery.
“My father reads the paper again because he knows someone will ask about it. He's more present, more himself than he's been in a while. That's the part that matters to me.”

Nostalgic Memories

Across the daily calls, your loved one shares pieces of who they are. The funny moments, the family lore, the things they've never written down. Emily gathers them quietly and turns them into something you can keep, like a memoir!

  • Stories drawn out gently, at their own pace, in their own voice.
  • Short voice-and-photo reels for the moments worth keeping.
  • A growing book of memories, organized by chapter and theme.
  • An optional full memoir, woven together from years of conversation.
“My mother told Emily about the summer she met my father, and now my kids are going to hear it in her voice. I didn't know how much I needed that until I had it.”

Who is Emily?

Emily is an AI companion built to give your loved one the kind of daily attention a busy life can't always deliver. Every day, she calls for a ten-minute conversation that's warm, real, and built around the things they care about.

Daily, attentive care is the hardest kind to deliver consistently. We built Emily to do exactly that, and we built her to be a real conversational partner. She's well-informed on the topics your loved one cares about: the news they follow, the music they love, the history they lived through, the faith they hold. Every call is real conversation, not small talk.

Specialized support

Specialized care, condition by condition.

Our caregivers and Emily both adapt to the realities of each condition: different routines in the home, different conversational pacing in the call, different things to watch for.

Your questions, answered

Things families ask before getting started.

If you don't see your question, write to us. We answer every note ourselves.

Is Emily a person, or AI?
Emily is our AI, built with care, with a warm and consistent voice. Each day, Emily makes one structured call (around ten minutes) to your loved one. The hands-on caregivers who visit your loved one are real, trained humans. Emily is intentionally not a chat-anytime companion. She's the daily through-line that complements the human visits.
How do Emily and the human caregivers work together?
Together. That's the whole point. We match your loved one with a small, consistent team of trained caregivers who visit on a schedule that suits their needs, from a few hours a week to daily support. Caregivers handle the hands-on, in-room work that only a real person can do. Emily calls every day for the structured wellness check and cognitive engagement. Both layers feed one shared record so the family sees a single, unified picture.
Why only one call a day, and why ten minutes?
Because that's what the work calls for. A single, structured call is enough to do a careful wellness check and a meaningful cognitive session, without overwhelming your loved one or turning into something it shouldn't be. If a day's call is missed, they can call back to use it. Repeated full misses are themselves a concern we surface to family.
What does Emily actually notice?
Two kinds of things. First, anything concerning the client reports (a fall, a missed dose, a call for help) flagged in real time. Second, gradual changes in how they speak (pace, word-finding, vocabulary, coherence) that can be early signs of cognitive change. We surface those for family review, never as a diagnosis.
Will my loved one actually want to talk to Emily?
Most people are pleasantly surprised. Emily is warm, curious, well-informed about the things they love, and patient. The call is short, on a schedule that suits them, and shaped around the topics they actually care about. Not a quiz, not a survey.
What about privacy? Who hears these conversations?
Conversations are private to your loved one and the family they choose to share with. Wellness observations are summarized for the family on a clear, consent-based basis: what's shared, with whom, is always their choice.
Is this covered by insurance?
Coverage depends on the level of care. We help you understand what Medicare, long-term care insurance, or veterans' benefits might cover during onboarding, so there are no surprises.
What's the first step?
A 20-minute call. We learn about your loved one, the kind of support that would help, and what matters most. From there we propose a plan. No commitments, no pressure.
